I have worked with the principals of 124West for 9 years on a wide variety of projects and plans. They bring deep knowledge on the “hows” of planning, but also take time to understand the “whys” behind creating pathways for people and communities. The words that come to mind are caring, thoughtful, and dedicated to positive change.

I worked with Pam, Graham and Sonal on the Adaptable Development Approvals Process Toolkit (ADAPT) Project to redesign the Town’s development approval process. We created a “best practices toolkit” that looks at everything from the community’s underlying perspectives and philosophies and how that translates into the practical aspects, mandatory requirements, and methods for achieving desired outcomes. The team is practical, organized, efficient, and gets the job done. You can find the toolkit at https://www.developmentapprovalstoolkit.ca/
